Shipping policy

VMR Paints strives to make our shipping and order fulfilment just as great as our products.

In most cases, VMR Paints processes orders within 48 hours of receipt and is able to ship orders within 3-5 business days. This may vary as each order may contain special order paints that can add time.

Delivery generally takes between 4-6 business days after your order has shipped, but may vary depending upon the recipient address and area service coverage of carrier (UPS). Tracking information for each shipment is sent to the customer email address provided at the time of purchase, as well as updates based on the shipment being processed by the carrier.
